Refund policy

While we truly hope that you love your items, we understand that it’s not always the right fit! All orders are eligible for return within 14 days for store credit only. Please log into your customer account here to submit a return request. If your return request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with a prepaid return shipping label to ship back your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to review and confirm the return. 

Items are only eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as when they were received. Please make sure all tags are attached and your original order form is included in the return package. 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within three days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@sunraeboutique.com with a description of the issue along with photos and we will assist from there. 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked "final sale"
  • Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more
  • Bodysuits
