Return Policy
*EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS*
All orders purchased from November 1st, 2024 through December 15th, 2024 will be eligible for return until January 15th, 2025. All other terms and conditions of our Return Policy remain in effect.
While we truly hope that you love your items, we understand that it’s not always the right fit! All orders are eligible for return within 14 days for store credit only. Please log into your customer account here to submit a return request. If your return request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with a prepaid return shipping label to ship back your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to review and confirm the return.
Items are only eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as when they were received. Please make sure all tags are attached and your original order form is included in the return package.
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within three days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@sunraeboutique.com with a description of the issue along with photos and we will assist from there.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more
- Bodysuits
- Gift cards
Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all address information is entered correctly upon checkout. We are not responsible if a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you entered the wrong address on your order, please contact us via email ASAP. We will do our best to update your information but cannot guarantee that we will be able to before shipment.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms and submits proof of delivery, you will need to contact the carrier for more information.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with you to file a claim for the package. Please reach out to us via email and we will assist from there.
